Refunds and reprints

Before you pay

• Your preview is free. Build the book, add photos, and the same day we send your cover and 2 pages. No card needed.
• If the character does not look like your child, tell us and we redraw it. Because we delete the photo once their character is drawn, we may ask you to upload it again.
• Not for you? Do nothing. You are never charged, and their photo is already deleted (we never keep it more than 3 days).

After you pay

• We finish every page and send you the full book for one last look, with one free round of changes. Nothing prints until you say it is perfect.
• Because you saw your preview before paying, personalized books are final sale: we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. Every book is one of a kind. Please double check names, spelling and the dedication before you approve.
• Rush requests: the $10 is charged only after we confirm we can make your date. If we cannot, you are not charged for it.

Damaged, lost or misprinted books

• If your book arrives damaged or with a printing mistake, email a photo to nextbigmoment@mail.tab.bot within 30 days of delivery. We will reprint and reship it for free. No need to send it back.
• If tracking shows your package lost, tell us and we will reprint it for free.
• If the printed book does not match the pages you approved, we reprint it for free.
• If a reprint is not possible, we refund you in full.

Digital books and add-ons

Digital books and the Animated + Read Aloud video work the same way: free preview first, and we fix any mistake in the file you get. Once a digital file is delivered, it cannot be returned.

Gift cards

Unused gift cards can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. After that they never expire, so they are always good for a book.

How refunds work

When a refund applies, it goes back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
